How many photos do we get to OWN on CD?
Depending on the hours and number of photographers within your package, you will own a minimum of 500 photos and up to a maximum of 1000 high-resolution photos of your wedding day.

We are very proud of the quality, style & uniqueness of our Albums. We work with the best album manufacturers in the world. But the best way to prove it is to show you! We bring our different range of albums with us to your free consultation.

Is the photographer we meet the one who takes the photos on the day?
Yes! Unfortunately there are other photographers where a strange face turns up on your wedding day to take your pictures, however that is NEVER the case with Phao Photography as Phao Photography has now  2 senior photographers. Our senior Photographer David shoots 99% of all weddings, & the rare ones he doesn’t, the client is well aware & is confident with the photographer they will have on the day.

How does payment work?
Ok, to book Phao Photography for your wedding date we also require a commitment from our clients. It’s a 50% deposit of your package. This will assure you that we have committed to taking the photos on your special day. The remainder of the balance is required when you receive your retouched photos in high res to own on disc.  

Do you tailor make packages outside the packages you have already designed?
Yes we do. Our packages act only as a guideline to our services & products. We love the opportunity of sitting down with our clients & putting together a package that suits their needs & budget perfectly.

What if it rains on our wedding day?
Well that sometimes happens. The good news is, the show must go on! We will shoot your wedding day rain, hail or shine. We have rain protective gear and lots of umbrellas. Added to this we have some great ideas for shooting in the rain and we know how to make it fun!

We don't like posing all the time, is your style candid and creative?

How long does it take to have our photos back to choose for our album?
Phao Photography spend much time on editing & retouching ALL of your photos, this is very time consuming. We cater for many clients & as a result we give a time frame of up to 3 months from the date of your wedding before you receive your high res proof disc of all your images.

Do you travel outside Sydney?
Phao Photography is in demand in many parts of Australia & the world. Our senior photographer is well known in Europe as a fashion photographer & equally as a wedding photographer.

How many years experience are your photographers?
8 years experience minimum.
